Between 1933 and 1941 the German economy was more like a "normal" western economy with commercial interest and growth as a base for economical enterprises. Without this, Germany could never have survived the Great Depression of the 30's and even so, the NSDAP simply needed ther industrials and companies for their economic policy to bring Germany again up to some sort of wellfare. A Wareconomy in the 30's would have destroyed all the Nazi's wanted to achieve, so it was in their own interest to postpone such a thing, until it was needed more urgently.

Secondly the big economic valuable companies supported Hitler & Co. only because of a deal between teh NSDAP and the industrials, where these companies got freedom for their enterprises and statesupport in times this was needed. In return, these wealthy businessmen gave the NSDAP breathingroom for the workingclass, which was mobilized in these industries as cheap labour. (Statesponsorship to pay wages) Secondly these companies were given large orders for both civil and military orders, so they got space to grow expansively.
